Mooseheart Child City and School Campus:
MaxLite HighMax® Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) were installed in the gymnasium of Mooseheart Child City and School Campus, located just outside of Chicago, as energy-efficient replacements for the existing high wattage metal halide and incandescent fixtures.

The University of Alabama Practice Gym:
Originally lit by 400-watt metal halide lamps, the University of Alabama Practice Gym was replaced with 200-watt HighMax® Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL), as well as MaxLite’s HighMax acrylic fixtures, for an immediate savings of half of the University’s lighting bill.

University of Wyoming
The Arena-Auditorium at the University of Wyoming, home to NCAA Division I basketball, underwent a $30 million renovation in 2014 to upgrade the facility and enhance the fan experience. The University needed to meet the NCAA’s new National Television Broadcast Standard Requirements for tournament play on the court, which required a significant increase in the venue’s lighting. This was achieved using MaxLite StaxMAX high-output LED flood lights, which provided an immediate 50 percent energy savings over the metal halide fixtures they replaced. Seventy 1000-watt metal halide fixtures were replaced with a combination of 540-watt and 360-watt StaxMAX flood lights. The Arena-Auditorium has recognized immediate energy savings with the 50 percent reduction in wattage and will save $124,820 over the 75,000-hour lifetime of the fixtures.

Sports stadiums across the country can replace traditional metal halide wall packs with MaxLite’s LED outdoor fixtures including, Wall Packs, Canopy Fixtures, Parking Garage Canopy Fixtures, Area and Flood Lights, Security Lights and Vapor Tight Linear Fixtures.

MetLife Stadium Temporary Tents during "The Big Game"
During The Big Game held at MetLife Stadium in NJ on Feb. 2, 2014, MaxLite's 200-watt HighMax® High Output CFL Lamps in acrylic fixtures enlightened 14 preparation tents in the stadium’s parking lot. The mogul-based lamps were installed within MaxLite’s Acrylic HighMax High Bay Fixtures, which come with hook and cord for ease of installation and operation.
