Kaiser Permanente Franklin Medical Offices:
Kaiser Permanente Franklin Medical Offices, a full-service medical and surgical center in Denver, Colorado, will save more than $80,000 in energy costs annually by switching to LED lighting solutions provided by MaxLite. More than 5,000 MaxLite LED ceiling panels, replacement lamps and parking fixtures were installed during a large-scale lighting renovation designed to improve the quality of lighting in the facility, while simultaneously lowering its energy and maintenance expenses. By choosing MaxLite LED lamps and fixtures that were eligible for utility rebates, the center saved nearly $220,000 on the upfront cost of the fixtures.
“With the new LED fixtures, every area is evenly lit. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you can see the brightness and the difference it makes. The staff and patients noticed it right away” -- Wahid Benabbas, Certified Reliability Engineer, Kaiser Permanente
