On the soffit over the front of the Phoenix, Maryland building that lights the sign and front truck bay, 13 75-watt metal halide PARs were replaced with 13 of MaxLite’s six-watt LED PAR20s.
-- “We were looking for fixtures that eliminate light pollution adjacent to our property while reducing maintenance and annoying ballast noise," said William Shields, President of Jacksonville Volunteer Fire Company. "We looked at other lighting companies and MaxLite had the best solution to fulfill our needs. The combination of BMore Green’s expertise and MaxLite’s product quality contributed to the overall success of the project while adding to the appearance, safety and security of our facility. We enjoy the peace and quiet outside, the lack of insects attracted by the lights, and most importantly, the significant reduction in our electric bill.”

Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company, Auxiliary Station
At the auxiliary station three miles down the road, two 250-watt metal halide wall packs were replaced with two 30-watt Full Cutoff LED Wall Packs.
-- “MaxLite’s products have proven themselves to me time and time again," said Shane Hresko, CEO of Bmore Green. "This installation was after another fire station project I worked on, so I recommended MaxLite’s products because of how well they turned out for the other station. Fallston’s board of directors was extremely pleased with the results. They didn’t expect there to be a significant change, but the trial and installation produced even better lighting than before in the parking lot. Because they are on a tight budget and obtain money from fundraising drives and grants, the new light’s energy savings keeping the company going is a real bonus.”
